Centuries ago, our ancestors had discovered that man’s physical and mental well-being is interconnected and practice of yoga helps to maintain balance of physical and mental health. Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust’s Yoga Centre has designed a special programme for stress management. The program includes practice of yoga under expert guidance, pranayama and recitation of ‘omkar’ mantra. The centre also conducts short courses of yoga for healthy lifestyle and stress management.
